Painting

-
Pre-treatment: The smooth glass surface has poor adhesion. It requires first removing oil and dirt with a cleaning agent, then using a flame or chemical treatment liquid to create a micro-roughened surface on the bottle, laying a good foundation for spraying.
-
Spraying: In a closed spray booth, an air spray gun atomizes the environmentally friendly coating, ensuring it adheres evenly to the bottle. Multiple layers are usually required (e.g., primer plus topcoat) to ensure uniform color and thickness.
-
Curing: After spraying, the bottle is heated in an oven (approximately 150-200℃) to cause a cross-linking reaction of the coating molecules, firmly curing it onto the bottle.
-
Inspection: The coating adhesion, color, and alcohol wiping resistance are checked. Products with defects such as runs, orange peel, or particles are discarded.

Sandblast
-
Bottle body pre-treatment: Thoroughly clean and dry the bottle body to ensure that the surface is free of oil and impurities.
-
Masking: If a specific pattern is required, a hollowed-out template with a precision of ±0.1mm in hole opening should be attached to the bottle body.
-
Sandblasting implementation: Send the glass bottle into the sandblasting machine (e.g., with a pressure of 0.5-0.8 MPa and an air consumption of about 1 m³/min/gun) for automatic spray processing.
-
Cleaning and inspection: After removing the surface dust, carefully inspect the quality under a light intensity of 300-600 Lux.
Serigraphy Label
-
Applying Decals: Soak the designed decal paper in clean water to dissolve the adhesive layer and separate it from the base paper. Then, manually apply it precisely onto the bottle body and smooth it out to ensure no bubbles.
-
Decal Baking and Curing: After application, send it into a decal baking oven for high-temperature baking to melt the pigment and firmly adhere it to the glass surface, forming a scratch-resistant decorative layer.
-
Low-temperature Decal Paper: Bake at about 150-180℃. The advantage is that the color is bright and the cost is low, suitable for daily necessities with decorative focus such as cosmetics bottles.
-
High-temperature Decal Paper: Baking needs to reach 550-630℃. The advantage is that the adhesion is extremely strong and extremely durable, widely used for wine bottles, tableware, etc. that require long-term use.

Electroplating
Vacuum plating is a high-tech process that perfectly integrates aesthetics and functionality, endowing glass bottles with a new visual and tactile experience, and greatly enhancing the added value of products. It is applied in various fields, ranging from high-end cosmetics and perfume bottles to wine bottles and pharmaceutical packaging that require light-protected storage. When combined with ion plating technology, it can achieve a dazzling effect with rich layers and changing colors, making it an important choice for modern high-end packaging design.
